I am fit to play Mozambique game- Asamoah Gyan

Shanghai SPIG and captain of the Black Stars Asamoah Gyan has disclosed to the media that he is fit for Ghana’s Africa cup of Nations qualifier against Mozambique at the Accra Sports Stadium this Thursday.
Asamoah Gyan has been battling it out with injuries since the start of the season. His recent injury was a thigh injury in his teams’ opener of the Asian Champions League against Melbourne Victory in Australia which they lost 2-1 in February.
He has only featured three games for the Chinese club Shanghai SPIG been one league match against Gamba Osaka and two Asian Champions League matches.
I have been battling it out with injuries for some time now however I have regained my fitness and am ready to feature in any competitive match, he said.
I have featured in three matches but not scored yet as a result of my fitness level but I am optimistic that I will find my scoring boots very soon. In my last game I felt am getting back to normal and I pray it continues.
The All-time goal scorer of the Black Stars also asked Ghanaians to rally behind the team as they face Mozambique this Thursday as well as assured them of three maximum points in that crucial encounter.
Gyan commended the media for the attention it has given to the 2016/2017 Ghana Premier League and also pleaded with Ghanaians to maintain the peace ahead of the 2016 General Elections slated for November 7.
