Grant to leave stars post after AFCON 2017

Information reaching my desk indicates that the head coach of the Black Stars Avram Grant will not renew his contract which ends in February, 2017 after the African Cup of Nations in Gabon.
Avram mathematically has qualified the Black Stars to the Africa showdown next January even with two matches to go in the qualifiers.
He has been tasked by the Ghana Football Association to win the 2017 AFCON tournament which has eluded Ghana for the past 34 years.
The Black Stars head coach has not been happy with recent happenings concerning his winning bonus issues and unfair treatment from the Ministry of Youth and Sports.
Grant has asked permission to leave and continue his monitoring and scouting of players in Europe as the European season comes to an end.
Avram Grant won silver with the Black Stars at the 2015 AFCON in Equatorial Guinea.
